What eligibility can involve
A screen finds a concern. A Navigator verifies the pathway.
Medicaid Fee-for-Service members may be able to receive screening and navigation to existing programs. Enhanced HRSN services may be available only after an official eligibility and service-specific review.
The website will not tell you that you are ineligible based on a technical rule. A real eligibility assessment and human follow-up are required.
